EL1 Risk Officer

Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished EL1 Risk Officers who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. This role requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. About your new role

The EL1 Risk Officers will be responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day delivery of assurance activities across the New Framework Planning (NFP) Program. This involves supporting internal, external, and independent assurance engagements by managing logistics, evidence, and follow-ups, while maintaining a consolidated view of findings, risks, and actions. Exercising sound judgement and autonomy, the successful candidate will analyse assurance outcomes from multiple sources to prepare high-quality reports that inform decision-making for senior executives, committees, and the Board.

What you will need to exceed

• Demonstrated expertise in coordinating, analysing, and reporting on assurance activities within complex public-sector or reform environments.
• You need highly developed written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex information and prepare high-quality briefings for executives, committees, and the Board.
• You must possess strong organisational abilities to manage competing priorities, track actions, and maintain detailed assurance registers and tools.
  
• Strong analytical skills are necessary to synthesise complex assurance findings, risks, and issues from multiple sources into integrated, clear insights.
• The ability to collaborate and manage relationships with internal stakeholders across corporate functions, as well as external assurance providers, is crucial for effective assurance delivery.
• Sound judgement and high attention to detail are required to manage assurance evidence, activities, and follow-up actions.
